Head of Project Management, Governance & Delivery

About the role

ZILLIONe Technologies is looking for an experienced Head of Project Management, Governance & Delivery to lead its project delivery practice across local and international markets. This senior leader will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and profitably while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Associate PMs, PMs, Senior PMs, and delivery professionals.
• Own end‑to‑end project and program delivery, ensuring successful outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Drive project profitability, resource utilization, delivery performance, and revenue realization across the portfolio.
• Establish, implement, and enforce governance frameworks, standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Oversee portfolio management, prioritization, delivery planning, and resource allocation.
• Proactively manage risks, escalations, dependencies, and recovery initiatives.
• Monitor project health, contractual commitments, KPIs, and provide executive‑level reporting and forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales, Pre‑Sales, Technology, and Business Units to ensure seamless transition from initiation to delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Management or a related field.
• PMP or equivalent project‑management certification preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in the IT/software industry.
• At least 5 years leading Project Management teams, PMOs, or delivery functions.
• Proven track record in enterprise project delivery, governance, and profitability management.
• Experience working with international clients across multiple markets and time zones.
