Growth Hacker

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Growth Hacker to launch and scale a new online‑reviews platform. The role will work closely with the founding team to design, test and optimise acquisition channels that attract reviewers, users and business customers. You will combine data‑driven experimentation with creative outreach to drive rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire reviewers, users, and business customers.
• Identify and test new acquisition channels across LinkedIn, email, partnerships, communities, content, and paid campaigns.
• Build and improve outbound campaigns, lead‑generation workflows, and conversion funnels.
• Create experiments to improve sign‑up, response, activation, and retention rates.
• Track campaign performance and use data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and technical teams to automate repetitive growth processes.
• Research competitors, market trends, target audiences, and customer pain points.
• Develop referral, partnership, and incentive‑based growth programs.
• Support landing‑page optimisation, messaging, positioning, and campaign copy.
• Document experiments, results, learnings, and recommended next steps.

Required profile

• Experience in growth marketing, lead generation, business development, or performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and conversion optimisation.
• Comfortable working with data, campaign metrics, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong copywriting and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and move quickly in an early‑stage environment.
• Experimental, results‑oriented mindset, comfortable testing ideas and learning from failures.
