Graphic Designer – Digital & Packaging

About the role

Finch Foods is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join its team and support a growing portfolio of products, brands and digital channels. This hands‑on role combines packaging and label artwork, digital design, social media content and brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Edit and update product labels and packaging artwork, including text, ingredients, nutritional information, barcodes, sizes and other approved changes.
• Prepare accurate print‑ready artwork and coordinate revisions with internal teams, printers and packaging suppliers.
• Create engaging visual content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and digital advertising.
• Design social media posts, carousels, Stories, promotional creatives, banners and campaign assets.
• Support the creation of Reels and short‑form video content, including basic video editing and motion graphics.
• Develop creative assets for product launches, promotions, e‑commerce campaigns and seasonal activities.
• Create website and e‑commerce graphics, product visuals and banners.
• Design brochures, catalogues, POS materials, presentations, event collateral and other marketing material when required.
• Resize and adapt creative assets across different digital, retail and print formats.
• Organise artwork, source files, images and other creative assets systematically.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Experience working with packaging/label artwork and print‑ready files.
• Good understanding of social media and digital design.
• Basic video editing/Reels capability using Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or similar tools.
• Good understanding of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Strong attention to detail, especially when working with product labels and packaging.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Comfortable using modern design and AI‑assisted creative tools.
• Good communication skills and collaborative mindset.
