Front End Engineer

About the role

Akvasoft is looking for a Front End Engineer to join its small, founder‑focused teams building SaaS products for startups and scale‑ups. You will own the delivery of front‑end features from concept to production, working closely with the product founder and learning the customer’s industry.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship front‑end components using React or a similar framework.
• Collaborate directly with the product founder to translate rough ideas into functional UI.
• Leverage AI coding tools daily while ensuring code quality and correctness.
• Maintain version control, write tests, and debug issues throughout the development cycle.
• Adapt quickly to new industries, building unique dashboards for each project.

Required profile

• Proven experience shipping real front‑end applications.
• Strong ownership mindset – you finish what you start.
• Comfortable working without fully detailed specifications.
• Ability to learn a new industry fast and make informed product decisions.

Required skills

• Solid JavaScript proficiency.
• Experience with React or comparable front‑end libraries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Knowledge of testing and debugging practices.
