Front Desk & Test Centre Administrator

About the role

Future Coders Academy is seeking a highly organized, trustworthy, and welcoming Front Desk & Test Centre Administrator to be the face of the academy and ensure flawless operation of its global examination centre.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact, greeting students, parents, and exam candidates with a professional demeanor.
• Handle phone calls and WhatsApp inquiries, providing accurate information about IT courses and schedules.
• Collect cash payments for course enrolments, issue receipts, maintain daily transaction logs, and hand over cash securely at shift end.
• Manage the Pearson VUE and BCS test centre, verify candidate IDs, and oversee the check‑in/check‑out process.
• Proctor exams, monitor the testing room and CCTV to maintain a secure, distraction‑free environment.
• Maintain accurate student records and keep reception and test areas impeccably tidy.

Required profile

• High integrity and strict adherence to rules for cash handling and exam centre management.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Sinhala (Tamil a plus).
• Strong attention to detail and basic numerical skills for accurate cash handling.
• Comfortable with basic computer administration, software management, and minor technical troubleshooting.
• 1–2 years of front‑desk, cash‑handling, or test‑centre experience (bright school leavers are also welcome).
• Proactive problem‑solver with a friendly, patient, and professional attitude.
