Founding Product Lead – AI Accounting Platform

About the role

We are looking for a founding product lead to shape the next generation of our AI‑native accounting platform, LedgerPro. You will own the product vision, translate customer needs into a prioritized backlog, and drive the delivery of features that transform accounting firms.

Key responsibilities

• Master the end‑to‑end workflow of the platform – from invoicing and bank reconciliation to reporting and AI integration.
• Run structured customer feedback loops, synthesize input from sales, support and the founder, and maintain a single, defensible roadmap.
• Write clear product specifications, acceptance criteria and prioritize work with engineering teams.
• Measure adoption and usage of shipped features and iterate based on data.
• Participate in sales calls, turn objections into product improvements, and support onboarding of early customers.

Required profile

• Product‑owner mindset with a strong ability to thrive in ambiguity and turn it into a ranked backlog.
• Excellent communication with customers, sales, and engineering.
• Track record of delivering SaaS products or experience in accounting, consulting or business analysis.
• Willingness to work on‑site in the Jaffna/Kilinochchi corridor of Sri Lanka.
