About the role
Alfaleads Group is seeking a Financial Manager to join its finance team on‑site. The role focuses on ensuring compliance with Serbian accounting standards and supporting the company’s banking and payments operations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage day‑to‑day accounting activities in accordance with Serbian legal requirements.
- Oversee banking relationships and coordinate payment processing.
- Prepare financial reports and ensure accurate record‑keeping.
- Collaborate with internal departments to support financial planning and analysis.
Required profile
- 2–3+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance.
- Familiarity with Serbian accounting regulations and legal requirements.
- Experience in banking and payments operations.
