Financial Advisor Manager

About the role

The Financial Advisor Manager is a full‑time, hybrid position based in Sri Lanka. You will lead a team of financial advisors, helping them deliver comprehensive financial planning and advisory services to both individual and corporate clients. The role blends on‑site responsibilities with flexible work‑from‑home options.

Key responsibilities

• Coach advisors on life and health insurance solutions, retirement planning, and investment strategies.
• Monitor performance against sales and service targets and provide regular feedback.
• Organise training sessions and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyse market trends and support business development initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven leadership and team‑management experience, including mentoring and performance management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust‑based relationships with clients and team members.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related field; professional qualifications (e.g., CFP, CFA) are a plus.
• Experience in life insurance or financial services within Sri Lanka or similar markets.

Required skills

• Expertise in Financial Planning and Financial Advisory.
• Solid foundation in Finance and Investments, including insurance products, savings plans and retirement vehicles.
