About the role
The Associate – FNA will support the Finance and Accounting team in Colombo by handling routine month‑end, quarter‑end and year‑end activities, including journal preparation, reconciliation and payment processing.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and post journals, generate management information reports and perform reconciliations.
- Execute period‑close activities, investigate issues and ensure timely completion of client deliverables.
- Own allocated process reporting, meet all deadlines and maintain control adherence.
- Communicate service‑delivery issues, deviations or potential delays to the Team Leader.
- Maintain quality standards and keep detailed procedure manuals up to date.
Required profile
- Part‑qualified CIMA or ACCA candidate.
- Pursuing a relevant Finance degree with prior related experience.
