Field Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Executive to promote our custom software and AI automation solutions directly to businesses. You will manage your own pipeline, book qualified meetings and convert them into signed contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Visiting businesses in the assigned territory and pitching our software and AI automation solutions.
• Booking meetings between prospects and the development team.
• Achieving monthly sales targets and converting qualified meetings into signed contracts.
• Engaging with business owners and decision‑makers to understand their needs.
• Building and maintaining a personal pipeline of B2B prospects.
• Providing regular progress updates to the sales team.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in field, direct or B2B sales (any industry).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new contacts and businesses.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily activities.
• Educational background in Sales, Marketing or Business is a plus.
