Executive Software Engineer (Salesforce)

About the role

We are seeking an Executive Software Engineer specialized in Salesforce (SFDC) to design, build, and maintain custom solutions on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into secure, scalable architecture while ensuring compliance with governor limits and best‑practice standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools such as Flows and Validation Rules.
• Design and implement secure integrations with internal and external systems via REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to create scalable, best‑practice Salesforce architecture that supports long‑term org health, security, and performance.
• Write comprehensive Apex test classes achieving 75%+ coverage, debug issues, and manage safe deployments from Sandbox to Production.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for complex user issues, provide training to admins and power users, and stay current with Salesforce releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or a related field.
• 2–4+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development and administration experience with end‑to‑end project ownership.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Administrator and Platform Developer II certifications preferred.
