Executive - Billing & Accounts Receivable

About the role

Superloop is seeking an Executive for Billing & Accounts Receivable to join its Operations finance team. The role focuses on resolving customer billing inquiries, processing payments, and maintaining accurate account records to support financial stability and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer payments, including credit card transactions, direct debits and other methods.
• Update customer account details such as billing addresses, contact information and payment preferences.
• Notify customers about upcoming payments, billing policy changes and other relevant updates.
• Document billing transactions, customer interactions and issue resolutions thoroughly.
• Ensure billing processes comply with relevant regulations, industry standards and internal policies.
• Collaborate with other departments to address concerns, streamline billing procedures and improve the overall customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting, or partial professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, etc.).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar billing or accounts‑receivable role.
• Ability to manage a high‑volume workload and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Fluency in English (mandatory).
