English Teacher

About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic English teachers to join Sri Lanka’s largest Cambridge English preparation network. As part of the academic panel in the Southern Province, you will deliver high‑quality lessons that prepare learners for Cambridge English examinations.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver English language lessons aligned with Cambridge English standards.
• Create a fun, interactive and inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with a professional academic team to support student achievement.
• Prepare students for international English qualifications, including Cambridge exams.

Required profile

• HND in English with at least 2 years teaching experience, or a B.A. in English, B.Ed., B.A. in TESOL, B.A. in Language Translation, CELTA, or TEFL.
• Minimum 6–12 months of teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.
