English Teacher – Cambridge English Preparation

About the role

Join Sri Lanka’s largest Cambridge English preparation network as a full‑time English Teacher. You will deliver high‑quality language lessons that align with Cambridge standards and help students achieve international qualifications.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons following Cambridge curricula.
• Create an interactive, inclusive classroom environment.
• Collaborate with academic staff to monitor and support student progress.
• Prepare learners for Cambridge English examinations and other international qualifications.

Required profile

• HND in English with at least 2 years teaching experience, or a relevant degree (B.A., B.Ed., TESOL, Language Translation) with CELTA/TEFL certification.
• Minimum 6–12 months of teaching experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Passion for teaching and continuous professional growth.
