Director – HR Services & Business Support

About the role

The Director will lead Mobizz Elite’s HR services and business support operations in Colombo. This full‑time, on‑site position is responsible for setting strategic direction and ensuring service delivery meets client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall business operations and monitor financial performance.
• Set strategic direction for HR services, recruitment, staffing and executive search.
• Lead senior managers and guide cross‑functional teams.
• Manage key client relationships and drive business development.
• Develop and implement operational policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor teams, optimise processes and promote a culture of professionalism and customer focus.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience with senior stakeholders.
• Proven expertise in HR services such as recruitment, staffing and executive search.
• Experience in business operations, vendor and payroll management.
• Strategic planning and business development capabilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR or related field; master’s or professional HR qualification is a plus.
• Demonstrated senior leadership experience in HR services or consulting, preferably with local and multinational clients.
