Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist

About the role

We are expanding our digital marketing team and need a results‑driven specialist to own SEO, GEO strategy and paid media across multiple platforms. You will shape how we attract, engage and convert our audience while continuously improving campaign performance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute on‑page and off‑page SEO strategies, conduct keyword research and technical audits, including emerging GEO/AEO practices.
• Manage link‑building, outreach and competitor tracking using Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs or Screaming Frog.
• Plan, launch and optimise Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns across Search, Display and Video, performing A/B tests on creatives and landing pages.
• Oversee paid and organic campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and other social channels, managing budgets and tracking CPC, CPA and ROAS.
• Run CRO experiments, remarketing and marketing‑automation workflows with tools such as HubSpot and Mailchimp.
• Report on traffic, conversions and ROI using GA4, Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio, delivering data‑backed recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, Business, IT or a related field.
• At least 4 years of hands‑on experience in SEO, SEM and paid social with proven ROI.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of SEO algorithm changes, SEM trends and social advertising tools.
