Digital Learning Developer

About the role

Riskonnect is looking for a Digital Learning Developer to design, build and continuously improve engaging digital learning experiences for employees, customers and partners. You will work closely with product teams, subject‑matter experts and training stakeholders to translate complex software functionality into clear, practical eLearning content.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business units and product teams to identify learning needs and define course requirements.
• Develop learning objectives, course structures, scripts, storyboards and assessments using approved AI tools and instructional‑design standards.
• Create, publish, test and maintain eLearning courses and supporting assets with authoring tools, ensuring accuracy, accessibility and alignment with product updates.
• Collaborate with SMEs and training stakeholders to review and improve content based on feedback, survey data and assessment results.
• Manage assigned content‑development activities and deliver work within agreed timelines.
• Stay up‑to‑date with AI, instructional design and digital‑learning technologies, recommending improvements where appropriate.

Required profile

• Strong written and spoken English with the ability to simplify complex information.
• At least two years of experience in eLearning, digital content development or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Working knowledge of instructional design principles and digital learning development.
• Ability to work with subject‑matter experts and quickly understand software products and workflows.
• Responsible use of AI tools to support research, design and content creation, with validation for accuracy and quality.
