Delivery Manager

About the role

We are seeking a hardworking, intellectually curious Delivery Manager to lead planning and delivery across multiple applications within a scaled‑agile (SAFe) environment. You will coach global scrum teams, drive high‑performance culture, and ensure high‑quality capabilities reach our end customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead iteration planning for several scrum teams.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to refine backlogs before sprint commitment.
• Produce agile metrics and reports, fostering a data‑driven culture.
• Mentor and coach scrum teams and other delivery leads on Agile practices.
• Facilitate retrospectives and promote a fail‑fast, continuous‑improvement mindset.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and mitigation processes across teams.
• Coordinate technical and resource requirements with program managers.
• Report progress to senior leadership and clients, maintaining detailed workstream plans.
• Lead issue resolution, propose solutions, and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain relationships with customers and senior business, technology, and program partners.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to guide and coach global scrum teams.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience fostering high‑performance, self‑organizing teams.
• Proactive attitude toward Agile practice improvement.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of Agile software development lifecycle.
• Experience with Scrum and Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).
• Knowledge of cloud‑based system environments and release management.
• Coaching and mentoring expertise in Agile methodologies.
