Delegate Sales Associate

About the role

The Delegate Sales Associate will join Keynotive’s Colombo office to drive delegate acquisition for conferences, trainings, and virtual summits. You will engage professionals and decision‑makers through outbound calls, emails and online research, presenting the value of each event and securing registrations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential delegates across multiple industries.
• Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate leads.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM records daily.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align messaging and event logistics.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Gather market feedback to help refine event offerings.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑event customer service to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confident telephone etiquette.
• Sales and negotiation ability, experienced in outbound calling and lead generation.
• Customer‑service mindset and capacity to build long‑term relationships.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or related field (optional).
• School leavers and undergraduates are welcome to apply.
