Customer Relations Officer – Remote (AI SaaS)

About the role

We are seeking a professional Customer Relations Officer to join an AI‑powered legal technology company. The role is fully remote and focuses on engaging international law firms and professional services clients through product demos, onboarding, and ongoing support.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver polished product demonstrations of the AI‑driven SaaS platform to overseas clients.
• Explain features, use cases, and value propositions clearly during online meetings, calls, and email exchanges.
• Guide new customers through the onboarding process and ensure smooth adoption.
• Maintain regular communication with international clients, addressing queries and coordinating with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Collect and relay customer feedback to product and technical teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve engagement, adoption, and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong confidence and professionalism when interacting with international clients.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfortable conducting online meetings and product demonstrations.
• Prior experience in SaaS, customer success, client relations, sales, or account management is preferred.
• Willingness to work evening/night shifts to support global customers.
