Business Development & Partnerships Executive – Hospitality AI

About the role

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Business Development & Partnerships Executive to help The Good Voice AI secure its first hospitality design partners and paying clients. This is not a traditional high‑volume sales role; you will work directly with the founder to understand workflows, identify pain points, secure discovery meetings, support demos and turn pilots into long‑term managed‑service relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a pipeline of hotels, villas, boutique groups, restaurants, bars, cafés, beach clubs and hospitality groups.
• Research target accounts, decision‑makers and warm‑introduction paths.
• Reach owners, general managers, operations leaders and other senior staff to book qualified discovery meetings.
• Identify guest‑service bottlenecks and support tailored demos and pilot proposals.
• Maintain an organised CRM or sales tracker with contacts, notes and deal stages.
• Build relationships with hospitality associations, suppliers, travel operators and technology partners.
• Convert successful pilots into paid recurring service packages and share market feedback.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in B2B sales, business development, hospitality or SaaS sales.
• Strong spoken and written English; Sinhala or Tamil a plus.
• Confidence engaging senior decision‑makers and disciplined follow‑up.
• Genuine interest in hospitality, tourism, AI or technology.
• Self‑starter with research, outreach and relationship‑building ability.
• Existing network in hospitality, tourism or related sectors is an advantage.
