Business Development Manager – Sri Lanka

About the role

FxPro is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth and strengthen market position in Sri Lanka. You will work with a dynamic international team, identifying opportunities and building relationships with new and existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify sales targets and opinion leaders.
• Present FxPro products and services to new clients.
• Conduct regular market research.
• Identify key markets and provide input.
• Build strategies for specified markets.
• Plan webinars and promotions for targeted markets.
• Maintain good working relations with existing and new clients.
• Arrange meetings with existing and prospective contacts.
• Attend major industry events.
• Document business development activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in a similar industry.
• Fluency in English and Sinhala and/or Tamil; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure, adapt to change and travel when required.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.).
