Business Development Executive – ICT Solutions

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results‑driven Business Development Executive to expand our client base, promote our portfolio of ICT solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads through digital platforms, networking, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Build and strengthen relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions from our portfolio of products and solutions.
• Prepare proposals, reports, presentations, and sales forecasts.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, and marketing teams to coordinate client engagements and campaigns.
• Negotiate effectively, close opportunities, and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of sales or business development experience, preferably in the ICT sector.
• A qualification in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal, presentation, negotiation, and written and verbal communication skills.
• A dynamic, outgoing personality with a proven ability to build professional relationships.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, flexible, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
• A target‑oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness and customer focus.
