Business Development Executive – Fashion Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to support the growth of our fashion marketplace. You will help identify and engage new fashion brands, sellers and retail partners, and assist them through the onboarding process.

Key responsibilities

• Identify prospective fashion brands, sellers and retail partners and conduct outreach.
• Present the company’s value proposition, partnership models and marketplace opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding activities such as documentation, account setup, catalog uploads and product listing support.
• Maintain accurate records of partner communications, pipeline status and account updates in CRM or internal systems.
• Prepare sales presentations, proposals and business development reports.
• Track partner performance, sales trends and campaign results.
• Collaborate with category, marketing, merchandising and operations teams to ensure partner success.
• Organise partner meetings, showroom visits, trade events and fashion‑related campaigns.
• Respond to partner inquiries and escalate operational or commercial issues to senior team members.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; less than 1 year of professional experience in business development, sales support, fashion retail or customer‑facing roles.
• Genuine interest in fashion, apparel, accessories, footwear or lifestyle products.
• Basic understanding of retail, e‑commerce or marketplace business models.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
