Brand Manager

About the role

Noetic Media, an independent full‑service marketing agency, is seeking a Brand Manager to lead the development, positioning and growth of client brands. The role will ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all channels and work closely with creative, digital and account teams.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute brand campaigns across multiple channels.
• Manage brand guidelines and ensure consistent messaging.
• Coordinate with creative, digital, and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Analyze performance data and refine strategies to improve ROI.
• Develop brand narratives and monitor market trends and competitor activity.
• Present insights and recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to achieve strong client outcomes.

Required profile

• Age between 26 and 30 years.
• 2–3 years of experience in Brand Management or Strategic Marketing (agency or client‑side).
• Proven ability to develop brand strategies, positioning models, and detailed pitch decks.
• Strong understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and digital media channels.
• Experience managing end‑to‑end multi‑channel campaigns, performance tracking, and ROI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to lead cross‑functional teams (creative, media, administration).
• Sharp attention to detail, problem‑solving skills, and project management capabilities.
