Branch Manager

About the role

The Branch Manager will lead the daily operations of our Beliatta centre, ensuring smooth delivery of Cambridge English exam preparation services. This full‑time, on‑site position involves overseeing both academic and administrative teams while maintaining high standards of learner support.

Key responsibilities

• Manage staff schedules, supervise academic and administrative teams, and monitor performance.
• Coordinate class timetables, exam activities, and student admissions.
• Communicate with parents, learners, and external partners such as the British Council.
• Track branch performance, implement policies, and manage budgets and resources.
• Support marketing and outreach initiatives to increase enrolments.
• Ensure compliance with institutional and examination board guidelines.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Experience in education management, language training, or exam preparation centres (highly beneficial).
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to non‑discriminatory, learner‑centered practices and high academic standards.

Required skills

• Proficiency with basic IT and office tools for educational and administrative systems.
