Branch Executive – Kaluthara

About the role

The Branch Executive for the Kaluthara branch will work full‑time on‑site in Gampaha, overseeing daily operations and ensuring service quality for both riders and drivers. This position supports the branch’s business objectives by coordinating activities, handling inquiries, and maintaining performance records.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate rider and driver activities and monitor service standards.
• Handle customer and partner inquiries, resolve operational issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare performance reports and track branch targets.
• Support local marketing initiatives and collaborate with central teams on process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and service‑level agreements.

Required profile

• Experience in branch or operations management, preferably in transportation, logistics or service‑oriented sectors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and customer service abilities.
• Ability to analyse data, prepare reports and use basic digital tools and office software.
• Proven problem‑solving, conflict‑resolution and decision‑making skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant education in business, management or related fields; logistics qualifications are a plus.
• Fluency in local languages and English with good interpersonal skills.
