Behavioral Health Coach (Remote, Sri Lanka)

About the role

You will join Intellect’s telehealth platform as a Behavioral Health Coach, delivering 30‑minute video sessions to support clients’ mental health and personal growth. The role is freelance and fully remote, allowing you to set your own business hours.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 1‑on‑1 telehealth coaching for sub‑clinical issues such as work stress, procrastination, and work‑life balance.
• Assist clients in defining personal, career, and relationship goals.
• Collaborate with Intellect’s internal clinical team to suggest improvements to the program and platform.

Required profile

• Active International Coaching Federation (ICF) certification or a Master/Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling or Clinical Psychology.
• Minimum 200 coaching hours for ICF coaches or 300 clinical hours post‑graduation for counsellors/psychologists.
• Proficiency in English and the local language.

Required skills

• Familiarity with evidence‑based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, DBT, or Solution‑Focused Brief Therapy.
• Experience working with adults in EAP, counselling, or managerial coaching is preferred.
