Audit Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead assurance engagements for global clients. The role involves overseeing audit projects, ensuring high quality, and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage assurance engagements for global clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with engagement teams and stakeholders.
• Drive engagement quality, risk management, and operational excellence.
• Manage project finances, resource planning, and workflow.
• Mentor, coach, and develop high‑performing audit teams.
• Identify process improvements and standardise assurance practices.
• Deliver high‑quality work on time, within budget, and in line with EY methodologies.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience in audit or assurance.
• Qualified CA, ACCA or CPA.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
• Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
