Associate Technical Lead

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Technical Lead to design and develop enterprise‑grade solutions that support large‑scale global business operations. The role involves leading technical design from conception through implementation while mentoring a development team.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop highly scalable, robust, distributed enterprise applications.
• Architect technical solutions and maintain clear documentation.
• Break down business requirements into technical tasks and delivery plans.
• Develop APIs, services, and integrations based on approved designs.
• Conduct code and architectural reviews to ensure engineering quality.
• Drive test automation, unit testing, and CI practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, engineers, and QA teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 + years experience developing production‑grade enterprise applications.
• Strong experience with RESTful APIs and micro‑services.
• Hands‑on backend development using Node.js (Express) and/or Java (Spring Boot).
• Proficient frontend development with JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, React.js and Next.js.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases, including design and performance optimisation.
• Extensive knowledge of AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, S3, RDS.
• Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD pipelines and Git version control.
• Experience in Scrum‑based Agile delivery environments.
