About the role
The Associate Manager, Financial Control will prepare, develop and analyse financial information to support senior management decisions, ensuring stability, growth and profitability for the London Stock Exchange Group.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare month‑end accounts, balance‑sheet reconciliations and ensure accurate P&L and balance‑sheet reporting.
- Support external audit processes, liaise with auditors and maintain internal controls.
- Onboard additional scope, align processes to the target operating model and meet tight reporting deadlines.
- Collaborate with Entity Accountants, Financial Controllers and global finance teams on continuous improvement projects.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a recognised professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of general accounting experience, preferably in a shared‑services environment.
- Strong track record in core accounting transactions, consolidations and account reconciliations.
Required skills
- Hands‑on experience with SAP.
- Experience with Oracle and Oracle Fusion.
- Familiarity with Blackline.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
