Associate Manager, Financial Accounting & Control

About the role

The Associate Manager will prepare, develop and analyse financial information to support senior management decisions, contributing to stability, growth and profitability across the London Stock Exchange Group.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare month‑end close, review P&L and balance sheet, and meet Group reporting deadlines.
• On‑board additional scope and align processes to the Target Operating Model.
• Prepare balance‑sheet reconciliations and support external audit activities.
• Ensure adherence to internal controls and group financial control framework.
• Support Group projects, system implementations and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Professional accounting degree with at least 4 years of general accounting experience.
• Strong track record in processing core accounting transactions and consolidations.
• Experience in finance shared‑services environments is an advantage.
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP, Oracle, Oracle Fusion and Blackline.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office packages.
