Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Codimite is leveraging AI tools to modernise software development and seeks an Associate Data Analyst to turn complex marketing, customer and market data into actionable insights that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and connect data from marketing, website, social, CRM, campaigns, SEO, paid media and external market sources.
• Identify growth drivers, bottlenecks and new opportunities, and forecast traffic, leads, conversions and channel performance.
• Define KPIs, baselines and measurement frameworks, and design growth experiments to validate recommendations.
• Improve marketing attribution, optimise spend and resources, and build predictive models for forecasting, lead scoring and risk detection.
• Monitor competitor activity, market demand and industry trends, and develop quarterly growth plans with forecasts and investment recommendations.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in marketing analytics, growth analytics, data science or business intelligence.
• Strong understanding of marketing funnels, attribution, conversion analysis and experimentation.
• Ability to integrate data from multiple sources/APIs and translate complex analysis into clear recommendations.
• Analytical, problem‑solving mindset with a focus on decision‑driven outcomes.
