Associate Consultant – Data & Analytics

About the role

Brandix Digital is seeking a motivated and self‑driven Associate Consultant – Data & Analytics to join its Global Digital Services team. The role supports enterprise‑grade cloud and on‑premises Data & AI solutions, providing application support, client interaction and exposure to complex analytics solutions across multiple geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for Data & Analytics solutions.
• Manage and participate in daily application support activities, including migrations and enhancements.
• Diagnose and resolve database, reporting, and solution‑related issues within defined SLAs.
• Collaborate with business process owners to gather and clarify requirements.
• Design, document, improve, and demonstrate analytics solutions.
• Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
• Communicate effectively with customers to resolve incidents and requests.
• Work on a shift basis as required, using service‑desk tools such as Jira and Helix.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in technical application or analytics solution support.
• Familiarity with developing or supporting Business Intelligence solutions.
• Hands‑on or working knowledge of Azure Data & Analytics technologies (Data Lake Storage, Data Factory, Synapse Analytics, SQL Database, Analysis Services, Microsoft Fabric, Stream Analytics, Event Hubs) and exposure to Databricks and Power BI.
• Experience or familiarity with SQL Server technologies (Database Engine, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS).
• Working knowledge of SQL, Python, and DAX.
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Understanding of end‑to‑end Business Intelligence and Analytics solutions.
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
• Experience with Snowflake.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Analytics, or a related field.
