Assistant Manager - Google Advertising

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with hands‑on experience in the Google Advertising ecosystem to join our fast‑growing team. You will work closely with high‑value clients, helping them maximise the impact of their Google marketing investments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value clients, ensuring optimal performance of Google Ads campaigns.
• Plan, launch and optimise Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns in line with client goals and budgets.
• Onboard new brands and businesses onto the Google Ads platform.
• Collaborate with sales and creative teams to develop compelling pitches and proposals.
• Align client marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance, deliver insights and optimisation recommendations.
• Produce accurate internal reports and maintain detailed documentation.
• Serve as the first point of contact for technical support and client queries.

Required profile

• Prior experience at a digital marketing or advertising agency.
• Proven track record managing client accounts and running Google Ads campaigns.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
