Assistant Manager - Business Development

About the role

We are seeking an energetic, results‑driven Assistant Manager to help expand our business and explore new market opportunities. You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, managing client relationships, and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and potential markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.
• Develop and execute business development strategies to support company growth.
• Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into business.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and business development reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
• Achieve agreed business development and revenue targets.

Required profile

• 3‑4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or a similar role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven track record in lead generation and deal closures.
• Experience with market research and competitor analysis.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify and convert opportunities.
• Strong networking and client management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or relevant professional qualification in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
