About the role
The Assistant Manager, Billing Operations will lead the Contract‑to‑Cash process, ensuring accurate billing, timely revenue recognition and strong governance across the offshore team.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain clear billing processes, manage pricing updates, tariffs and contract configuration in the billing module.
- Oversee offshore team operations, review KPIs, resolve queries, and coordinate billing cycles.
- Prepare monthly management information reporting and manage capacity planning.
- Conduct performance discussions, support training, recruit and develop the team.
- Identify risks, implement controls and coordinate with internal audit and compliance.
Required profile
- Finance degree or finalist of a recognised accounting body.
- Minimum 5 years of management and accounting experience, preferably in large‑scale transactional processing.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, reporting timeframes and financial controls.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with BI tools and Oracle ERP.
