About the role
We are looking for a qualified Architect to lead the design and documentation of residential and commercial building projects. The role involves delivering high‑quality architectural solutions while ensuring compliance with local building regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare architectural designs, detailed drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and multidisciplinary project teams.
- Conduct site inspections to verify design compliance and resolve on‑site issues.
- Assist in project planning, obtain necessary approvals, and support execution phases.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 3 years post‑qualification experience.
- Proven experience on residential and commercial building projects.
- Strong design, presentation, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage projects independently and meet deadlines.
