Analyst, Strategic Partnerships

About the role

The Analyst, Strategic Partnerships will support the Head of Strategic Partnerships in a fast‑moving global environment, providing administrative and light‑analytical assistance for acquisition, partnership and strategic projects.

Key responsibilities

• Research, gather information and prepare briefing materials for acquisition and partnership evaluations.
• Review business, financial and operational data to highlight risks, trends and follow‑up items for leadership.
• Prepare presentation materials, coordinate inputs across teams and monitor project milestones, budgets and performance metrics.
• Manage complex calendars, coordinate virtual and in‑person meetings with internal and external stakeholders, and handle high‑priority email triage.
• Arrange international travel, visa logistics and expense reporting, and maintain digital archives, deal trackers and contact databases.
• Conduct basic secondary research on target companies and market trends, and support data entry, audit, and dashboard updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in executive administrative support, operations coordination or support analyst roles, preferably in global financial services or advisory firms.
• Exceptional written and spoken English with a polished professional tone.
• High attention to detail, strong time‑management and proactive problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with cloud collaboration tools such as Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom and Slack.
