Accounting Executive

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Accounting Executive to independently manage day‑to‑day finance and accounting operations for a growing eco‑friendly packaging manufacturer. The role supports business decisions through accurate reporting, statutory compliance, and financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain QuickBooks with accurate, timely entries.
• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash‑flow activities.
• Handle VAT, SVAT, VAT returns and IRD RAMIS processes independently.
• Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports for review.
• Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, banks and government authorities as needed.
• Monitor outstanding balances, collections and supplier payments.
• Maintain proper accounting records, documentation and internal controls.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial planning activities.
• Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments and statutory obligations.
• Work independently with minimal supervision to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Fully qualified AAT or part‑qualified in CIMA, ACCA, ICAS or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on accounting or finance experience.
• Experience handling full accounting functions independently is an advantage.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks is beneficial.
