X-ray Technician & Guest Relations Officer (Full‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated X‑ray Technician who will also serve as a Guest Relations Officer (GRO) in our Colombo facility. This dual‑role position combines diagnostic imaging responsibilities with front‑desk patient support, ensuring high‑quality care and a welcoming experience for every visitor.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and correctly position patients for X‑ray examinations.
• Operate X‑ray equipment to capture high‑quality diagnostic images.
• Adhere to radiation safety, infection‑control, and patient‑safety protocols.
• Maintain and clean imaging equipment and the work area.
• Document and update patient records accurately, including imaging results.
• Assist with front‑desk duties such as patient check‑in, guidance, and information provision.
• Communicate effectively with patients, physicians, and team members, providing courteous support throughout the visit.

Required profile

• Diploma or certification in Radiologic Technology or Medical Imaging.
• Valid license or registration applicable in Sri Lanka.
• 1–3 years of experience in a clinical or diagnostic imaging setting (preferred).
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with medical records or imaging systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Empathetic and professional approach to patient management.
