WordPress Developer – Remote (LKR 65k-145k)

About the role

Code Craft is seeking an experienced WordPress developer to build custom themes, custom post types, Gutenberg blocks, integrate plugins, and optimise sites. The position is fully remote, allowing you to work independently while collaborating with design, SEO and project‑management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Act as technical lead for client accounts, troubleshoot issues and deliver solutions.
• Create clean, responsive, highly customised WordPress sites using PHP, HTML, SASS/CSS and JavaScript/jQuery.
• Develop custom post types, taxonomies and Gutenberg blocks (React or ACF).
• Integrate CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce and Pardot, and extend plugins/APIs.
• Test cross‑browser compatibility, launch sites, update DNS and manage migrations.
• Train clients on CMS usage and produce documentation.
