Wealth Planner

About the role

The Wealth Planner will work on‑site in Kadawatha to help clients define and achieve their financial objectives. This full‑time position involves creating personalised financial and insurance plans that align with each client’s life stage and goals.

Key responsibilities

• Meet clients and assess their financial needs and goals.
• Develop and present tailored life, health, investment and savings solutions.
• Conduct regular financial reviews and manage policy renewals.
• Maintain ongoing relationships and provide continuous support.
• Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes and AIA Sri Lanka’s product portfolio.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Contribute to business growth through ethical, customer‑focused practices.

Required profile

• Strong financial planning and finance knowledge.
• Investment management expertise to recommend long‑term strategies.
• Solid understanding of life and health insurance products.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset with high ethical standards.
• Ability to work on‑site in Kadawatha, manage multiple client portfolios and meet performance targets.
• Prior experience in financial services, banking or insurance advisory is beneficial.
