About the role

The Wealth Planner is a full‑time position that advises customers on financial and insurance solutions aligned with their life goals and risk profiles. Based in Malabe, the role offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work from home when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Assess clients' financial situations and risk profiles.
• Develop tailored wealth, protection, and savings plans.
• Recommend appropriate life and health insurance products, investment options, and savings strategies.
• Conduct ongoing portfolio reviews and monitor market and regulatory developments.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams and participate in training and development programs.
• Contribute to business growth through ethical, customer‑focused practices.

Required profile

• Relevant academic background in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• Professional certifications in financial planning or wealth management are an advantage.
• Strong analytical, numerical and communication abilities.
• High level of integrity, customer focus and commitment to regulatory compliance.
