Warranty Officer

About the role

The Warranty Officer will act as the liaison between customer support, workshop teams and equipment principals to ensure warranty matters are handled efficiently and accurately. This role involves processing claims, maintaining warranty accounts, and providing technical communication with principals.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with customer support and workshop teams to manage all warranty‑related activities.
• Submit warranty claims and administer warranty accounts.
• Maintain accurate documentation for each claim.
• Handle technical communications with principals regarding warranty issues.
• Oversee administration and reporting within the Komtrax portal.

Required profile

• Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering, or NVQ Level 4 (preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar warranty or technical support role.
• Strong computer literacy with high proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Degree in a related field is an added advantage.
