Warehouse Manager

About the role

LUMALApioneers, a leading bicycle manufacturer with a 50‑year heritage, is expanding its product range to include e‑bikes and innovative haulers. To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations and ensure seamless inventory flow.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all warehouse activities, guaranteeing efficient inventory management and order fulfilment.
• Develop and implement best‑practice processes and procedures for the warehouse.
• Coordinate with production, sales and logistics teams to maintain smooth supply‑chain operations.
• Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits and ensure data accuracy.
• Train, supervise and motivate warehouse staff while maintaining a safe, productive environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience in material and warehouse management.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, especially Odoo.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
