Warehouse Executive

About the role

The Warehouse Executive will manage daily warehouse operations at our Badulla facility, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of dairy products. This full‑time, on‑site position works closely with production, logistics and sales teams to meet delivery schedules while maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatch of products.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Coordinate packing and loading activities.
• Support quality, safety and hygiene standards in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with production, logistics and sales to meet delivery timelines.
• Respond to internal and external customer requests.
• Prepare basic operational reports.
• Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean and compliant with company procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in warehouse management, inventory control or FMCG/dairy logistics.
• Ability to handle physical tasks and work on‑site in Badulla.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of workplace safety, hygiene practices and record‑keeping.
• Team‑oriented attitude and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
