Vue Frontend Engineer – Build Web Apps & Internal Tools

About the role

We are looking for Vue Frontend Engineers to join an international technology company's system development team in Sri Lanka. The role focuses on building practical web applications, internal tools, and collaborating closely with backend and system teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web pages, internal tools, and frontend applications using Vue 3 and Nuxt 3.
• Integrate frontend solutions with backend APIs.
• Write unit tests (Vitest or Jest) to ensure stability, performance, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and support teammates in improving code quality.
• Assist with deployment automation, basic system maintenance, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Provide suggestions to improve product design, frontend architecture, and development workflow.
• Collaborate closely with backend engineers, system engineers, and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 2+ years of software development experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and basic algorithm knowledge.
• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment.
