Visa Consultant – Marketing & Client Relations

About the role

The Visa Consultant – Marketing & Client Relations role is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Colombo 01. You will generate and manage client enquiries, promote visa and migration services, follow up with prospects, and build strong client relationships while meeting sales and marketing targets.

Required profile

• 1–2 years experience in marketing, sales, business development or customer relations (preferred).
• Prior migration or visa consultancy experience not required; relevant sales and client‑handling experience considered.
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Confident in communicating with clients, handling enquiries and following up leads.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms, digital marketing and computer applications.
• Strong sales orientation with ability to achieve individual and team targets.
• Professional, proactive and customer‑focused approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain long‑term client relationships.
• Attention to detail and commitment to providing accurate information.
• High level of professionalism, confidentiality and integrity when handling client information.
