Virtual Assistant – Admin, Marketing & Design

About the role

Voigue is seeking a highly organized Virtual Assistant to support an Australian real‑estate business. The role is fully remote and combines administrative duties, marketing support, graphic design, CRM management, and website updates.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and back‑office support to management and sales teams.
• Create marketing materials, flyers, advertisements, and promotional content using Canva and Adobe design tools.
• Manage social media content and assist with digital‑marketing activities.
• Publish website content, news articles, and property listings through CRM platforms.
• Coordinate design and administrative requests with internal stakeholders.
• Support process improvements, document management, and day‑to‑day operational tasks.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Canva; Photoshop and/or Illustrator experience is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Tech‑savvy and comfortable working with CRM systems and digital platforms.
• Ability to work independently while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Previous experience in the Australian real‑estate/property sector is advantageous.
• Experience managing social‑media and digital‑marketing activities is desirable.
